School Division and School District Amalgamation

(2002) Regulation to be confirmed

1 As required by subsection 7(3) of The Public Schools Act , the School Division and School District Amalgamation

(2002) Regulation , is confirmed as it affects the boundaries of the following remote school districts:

(

a) The Consolidated School District of Sprague No. 2439;

(

b) The School District of Churchill No. 2264;

(

c) The School District of Snow Lake No. 2309;

(

d) The School District of Lynn Lake No. 2312;

(

e) The School District of Leaf Rapids No. 2460.

Ratification du Règlement de 2002 sur l'amalgamation des divisions et des districts scolaires

1 Conformément au paragraphe 7(3) de la

Loi sur les écoles publiques , le Règlement de 2002 sur l'amalgamation des divisions et des districts scolaires , est ratifié dans la mesure où il modifie les limites des districts scolaires éloignés suivants :

a) le district scolaire centralisé de Sprague n o 2439;

b) le district scolaire de Churchill n o 2264;

c) le district scolaire de Snow Lake n o 2309;

d) le district scolaire de Lynn Lake n o 2312;

e) le district scolaire de Leaf Rapids n o 2460.
