Order in Council 1736/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1926/2013, dated December 11, 2013, Denise St-Jean was reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council effective from the 16 th day of December 2013, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of her reappointment;

And

whereas Denise St-Jean has resigned her reappointment as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered 1926/2013, dated December 11, 2013, reappointing Denise St-Jean as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
