OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated September 28, 1999, pursuant to

Section 82 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased, effective September 30, 1999, to amend Order in Council 1999-195 dated April 28, 1999, by striking out the words, numbers and punctuation "October 1, 1999" in clauses (a), (

b) and (

c) of that Order, and substituting therefor in each case the words, numbers and punctuation "March 31, 2000".
