OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 4, 2007, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing 0.41 hectares, more or less, situate at Herring Cove, Halifax County, and shown as Lot 1A on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Dr. Alexandros Alexiadis Inc., a body corporate having its registered office at Vancouver, British Columbia, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $30,404.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
