Chapter M-3 HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows:

Definitions 1 In this Act, (a) “Board” means the Labour Relations Board; (b) “firefighters” means fire fighters as defined in the Labour Relations Code. 1995 cM-2.5 s1 Exclusion from bargaining unit 2(1) The Board may, in accordance with the Labour Relations Code, exclude from a bargaining unit firefighters who, in the opinion of the Board, exercise managerial functions or are employed in a confidential capacity in matters relating to labour relations.
