Order in Council 1165/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council O.C. 596/2019 appointed Linda Regner Dykeman as the Insurance Expert special advisor for the WSIB Operational Review (the “Appointment OIC ”). The length of the WSIB Operation Review was extended by Order in Council O.C. 1044/2019 dated July 26, 2019, by amending Order in Council O.C. 274/2019 which established the WSIB Operational Review (the “Establishment OIC ”).

Accordingly, it is necessary to amend the Appointment OIC to reflect the extension of the length of the WSIB Operational Review.

Therefore , pursuant to the Establishment OIC , the Appointment OIC is amended by striking out “August 26, 2019” and substituting “January 31, 2020”.
