OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated October 10, 2000, and pursuant to subsections 4(1) and 5(1) of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons' Commission Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Ralph D. Ferguson of Pictou, Pictou County, as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission for a further term of office of two years commencing November 1, 2000, and ending October 31, 2002; and (
b) appoint the following persons as members of the Disabled Persons Commission, each for a term of office of two years commencing November 1, 2000, and ending October 31, 2002: Scott Andrew Gillis of Kentville, Kings County; H. Jane Warren of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; William Crawford of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County; Audrey Harmer of Guysborough, Guysborough County; Julianne M. Acker-Verney of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Brian Tapper of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality.
