Order in Council 1044/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Emily Morton of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective October 21, 2023.
