Order in Council 1438/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Heather Trojek was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 8, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 163/2020;

And

whereas Heather Trojek was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term ending February 7, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 238/2020;

And

whereas Heather Trojek tendered her resignation effective November 1, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Orders in Council O.C. 163/2020 and 238/2020 be revoked effective November 1, 2022.
