Order in Council No. , Approved and Ordered FEB i 7 PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Minister of Mu Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following regulation is made: ELIGIBILITY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES REGULATION FOR THE PROPERTY TAX YEAR Eligibility 1

(1) A person who received a grant under

section 2 (2) (

b) of the Home Owner Grant Act for the tax year is eligible for a grant under that

section for the property tax year.

(2) A person who received a grant under

section 3 (3) (

b) of the Home Owner Grant Act for the tax year is eligible for a grant under that

section for the property tax year.

(3) A person who received a grant under

section 4 (3) (

b) of the Home Owner Grant Act for the tax year is eligible for a grant under that

section for the property tax year.

(4) A person who received a grant under

section 5 (3) (

b) of the Home Owner Grant Act for the tax year is eligible for a grant under that
