Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2002,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Section 3 of

Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2002,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act, come into force on and not before May 1, 2003.
