An Act to Amend the Crown Lands and Forests Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 Subsection 68(2) of the Crown Lands and Forests Act,

chapter C-38.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is repealed and the following is substituted: 68(2) The Minister may, in accordance with the regula- tions, if any, exempt for a specified lot of timber any lic- ensee, sub-licensee, permittee or purchaser under a Crown timber sale from the condition imposed under subsection (1). 2 Subsection 95(1) of the Act is amended by adding af- ter paragraph (p.1) the following: (p.2) respecting exemptions granted under subsec- tion 68(2); PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la

Section The existing provision is as follows: 68(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Minister, with the ap- proval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, may for a specified lot of timber exempt any licensee, sub-licensee, permittee or purchaser un- der a Crown timber sale from the condition imposed under subsection (1).
