An Act to Incorporate the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick Loi modifiant la Loi constituant en société l’Association de cosmétologie du Nouveau-Brunswick WHEREAS the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick prays that it be enacted as hereinafter set forth; Attendu que l’Association de cosmétologie du Nouveau- Brunswick sollicite l’édiction des dispositions qui suivent, THEREFORE, His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As ‐ semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

An Act to Incorporate the Cosmetol ‐ ogy Association of New Brunswick,

chapter of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1998, is repealed and the fol ‐ lowing is substituted: 1 L’article de la Loi constituant en société l’Asso ‐ ciation de cosmétologie du Nouveau-Brunswick, chapi‐ tre des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1998, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 35 The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick may, on application by the Association and on being sat ‐ isfied that there is reason to believe that a person has violated or will violate this Act or a by-law made under it, grant an injunction restraining the person from com ‐ mitting such acts and, pending disposition of the pro ‐ ceeding seeking the injunction, the Court may grant an interim injunction. 35 La Cour du Banc du Roi du Nouveau–Brunswick peut, à la demande de l’Association et si elle est con ‐ vaincue qu’il y a des raisons de croire qu’une personne a enfreint ou enfreindra la présente loi ou un règlement ad‐ ministratif pris en vertu de celle-ci, accorder une injonc ‐ tion empêchant cette personne de commettre de tels actes et, en attendant la disposition de l’instance deman ‐ dant l’injonction, la Cour peut accorder une injonction provisoire. 1
