OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated July 23, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective July 24, 2015: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2015-122 dated April 9, 2015; and (
b) assign responsibility for all affairs and matters relating to the Utility and Review Board and the Utility and Review Board Act to the Honourable Randy Delorey, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Utility and Review Board Act .
