OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated March 31, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Carol Wooster of Kentville, Kings County, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years effective April 22, 2008; and (
b) reappoint Thomas G. Smith of Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of two years effective April 22, 2008.
