OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 15, 1999, pursuant to
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia of 0.164 hectare, more or less, of land situate, lying and being at or near Hatchet Lake, Halifax County, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on a plan marked
Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the said report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works, the said expropriation being for a public purpose, namely, for the purpose of a public highway.
