Order in Council 588/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Pamela Arnott was appointed a part-time member of the Office for Victims of Crime for a term of two years, effective June 22, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 960/2016;

And

whereas Pamela Arnott tendered her resignation effective February 13, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 5.1(2) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995 , Order in Council O.C. 960/2016 be revoked effective February 13, 2017.
