OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy and Mines dated May 3, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act , is pleased to amend the Renewable Electricity Regulations , N.S. Reg. 155/2010, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2010-381 dated October 12, 2010, to establish a new renewable electricity standard of 80% renewable energy by 2030, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 9, 2021.
