OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated April 23, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 2(b), 2(e), 3, and 12 of
Chapter 20 of the Acts of 1990, the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation Act, is pleased to appoint the firm Levy Casey Carter MacLean the Auditor to audit the system of accounting and the books and records of the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation effective April 1, 2008 for a period not to exceed five (5) years.
