Order in Council 260/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 4(2)(

c) of the Social Work and Social Service Work Act, 1998 ,

John E. Fleming of Oakville

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective the later of March 1 st , 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that Order in Council 985/2020, be revoked effective on the date that this Order in Council is made.
