Order in Council 1296/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Maria Tassou was reappointed a full-time member and Associate Chair of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a term of one year, effective January 1, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1335/2018;

And

whereas Maria Tassou tendered her resignation effective August 15, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 1335/2018 be revoked effective August 15, 2019.
