Definitions

1 The following

definitions apply in this regulation.

"reliability standard" means a reliability standard as defined in The Manitoba Hydro Act . (« normes de fiabilité »)

"standards body" means a standards body as defined in The Manitoba Hydro Act. (« organisme des normes »)

Exemption

Part 6.1 of The Statutes and Regulations Act does not apply to a regulation made under

section 15.0.1 of The Manitoba Hydro Act if the regulation adopts a reliability standard made or recommended by a standards body.
