OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 24, 2003, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Geneve Marie Quickfall, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 94-870 dated October 18, 1994, while employed with the Department of Justice; and (
b) appoint Geneve Marie Quickfall of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed as Constituency Assistant to Richard Hurlburt, MLA.\x09\x09
