Order in Council 237/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 ,

Garth Dee of Port Hope

be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term ending on February 18, 2024, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, that Order in Council O.C. 1558/2021 dated November 18, 2021, reappointing Garth Dee as full-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
