OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 26, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minster of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal: (

a) entering into an agreement of purchase and sale with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation for the purchase of the property located at 1840 Bell Road, Halifax, in the County of Halifax, being PID 40702078 and outlined on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, on terms and conditions approved and authorized by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal; (

b) executing the agreement of purchase and sale on behalf of the Province; and (

c) executing such other documents as may be required to achieve the purposes of this Order.
