Order in Council 786/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to establish bodies to advise and assist Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities, as well as to make changes to those bodies, Order in Council O.C. 182/2005 be amended by deleting references to “Minister of Economic Development and Trade,” “Ministry of Economic Development and Trade,” and “Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade,” and replacing them with “Minister of Colleges and Universities,” “Ministry of Colleges and Universities,” and “Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Colleges and Universities,” respectively, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
