Order in Council 596/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council O.C. 274/2019 made February 28, 2019 (the “Establishment OIC ”) established an Insurance Expert special advisor position as part of a review of Ontario’s Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (the “ WSIB Operational Review”);

And

whereas the Establishment OIC provided that the position shall be appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

Therefore, pursuant to the Establishment OIC ,

Linda Regner Dykeman , Toronto

is hereby appointed as the Insurance Expert special advisor for the WSIB Operational Review to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period starting the date this Order in Council is made and not extending beyond August 26, 2019.
