OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated August 29, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Kathryn A. Swenson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Acadia University Foundation, under clause 5(1)(

a) of the Act, for a term of 3 years commencing October 3, 2016; (

b) appoint Victoria Harwood of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Acadia University Foundation, under clause 5(1)(

a) of the Act, for a term of 3 years commencing October 3, 2016; (

c) appoint William F. G. Parker of Wolfville, Kings County, as a member of the Acadia University Foundation, under clause 5(1)(

a) of the Act, for a term of 3 years commencing October 3, 2016; (

d) appoint Rod Morrison of Wolfville, Kings County, as a member of the Acadia University Foundation, under clause 5(1)(

b) of the Act, for a term of 3 years commencing October 3, 2016; (

e) appoint Ian V. Murray of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Acadia University Foundation, under clause 5(1)(

b) of the Act, for a term of 3 years commencing October 3, 2016.
