OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated May 29, 2012, and pursuant to sections 25, 26 and 27 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, is pleased to:
a) reappoint Jerry Amirault, Tatamagouche, Colchester County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board for a term of 3 years commencing July 3, 2012; and
b) order that Jerry Amirault be remunerated for service as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board in the amount of $100 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling his duties as a member of the Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Board provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
