Order in Council 1151/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 451/2016, Patricia Croft is currently serving as a member of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board (Board) and is designated as the vice- chair of the Board;

pursuant to subsection 29(7) of the Public Service Pension Plan, set out in

Schedule 1, as amended, under the Public Service Pension Act,

Patricia Croft, of the City of Oakville

be designated, on an interim basis, effective the date this Order in Council is made, as Chair of the Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period ending on the earlier of December 31, 2016 and the date that a new Chair is designated by Order in Council, at which time she shall resume her designation as vice-chair of the Board for the remainder of her appointment as a member pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 451/2016.
