An Act to amend The Pipe Lines Act. [Assented to April 24, 1979.) H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Pipe Lines Amendment Act, 1979. 2. The Pipe Lines Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act. 3. Clause 2 (

f) is amended by striking out "gravity" in the sec ond line and substituting "density". 4.

Section is amended: (

a) by striking out "three hundred feet" in the third line and substituting "100 metres"; and (

b) by striking out "one hundred feet" in the third and fourth lines and substituting "thirty metres". 5. Subsection 21 (

I) is amended by striking out "one hundred feet" in the second and third lines and substituting "forty metres". 6. Subsection 26(3) is amended by striking out "ten miles" in the second line and substituting "fifteen kilometres". 7. Clause 37(1) (o)is amended by striking out "gravities" in the first line and substituting "densities". 8. Clause 38(1) (

c) is amended by striking out "gravities" in the second line and substituting "densities".
