OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated June 24, 2004, pursuant to subsection (1) of
Section 32 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2004, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 21 to 23 of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2004, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, come into force on and not before March 11, 2005.
