I, May Mah-Paulson, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order the following:

(

a) the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 280/2007, is amended by deleting the following sites from the Table:

b) sections 2 and 3 of the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 271/2007, are amended by striking out “established” and substituting “established or continued”;

(

c) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 271/2007, is amended, to continue the mineral and placer reserve established as site number 1005127 in the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, by adding the following site to the Table:
