On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 19(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008, the appointment as a member of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee of Wendy Ann Kemp by Order-in-Council 68/2016 is hereby revoked, effective March 21, 2017 as Ms. Kemp resigned as a member of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee.
