OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 4, 2026, and pursuant to clauses 16(1)(

a) and (

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) selling Crown lands currently identified as PID 10142909 that contain approximately 4.94 acres located at Harbour Centre, Antigonish County, shown as Lot P-083/25-2 on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Town Point Consulting Incorporated or its approved successors or assigns; (

b) selling Crown lands currently identified as PID 10142891 that contain approximately 570 square metres (0.14 acres) located at Harbour Centre, Antigonish County, shown as Lot P-083/25-3 on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Town Point Consulting Incorporated or its approved successors or assigns; (

c) granting an easement on Crown lands being approximately 2,118.9 square metres in area with a width of 20 metres, being currently identified as a portion of PID 01302165, located at Harbour Centre, Antigonish County, shown as Parcel P-083/25-1 on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Town Point Consulting Incorporated or its approved successors or assigns; and (

d) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
