Order in Council 1173/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4.1 (2) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , as re-enacted by

section 5 of

Schedule 2 of the Fixing the Hydro Mess Act, 2019 , and effective the day that

section is proclaimed into force,

Henry John Knubley , of Ottawa , Ontario

be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Energy Board for a term not exceeding two years.
