Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated November 29, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to authorize the Deputy Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Canada respecting the communication of certain information respecting the Trans Pacific Partnership substantially in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
