OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 23, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Mary D. Upton of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 1999 67 dated February 24, 1999; and (

b) appoint Mary P. Upton of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
