OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated August 17, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 7C of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, and to subsection 18(1) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Kenneth Barbet both as Acting President and Chief Executive Officer and as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation made pursuant to Order in Council 2004-349, with effect from the time of his resignation on September 2, 2005; and (

b) appoint Carrie Cussons as Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation with effect from the time of the resignation of Kenneth Barbet on September 2, 2005.
