OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated February 27, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 13 of

Chapter 14 of the Acts of 1993, the Tobacco Access Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting tobacco access made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 96-29 dated January 16, 1996, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after March 23, 2001.
