OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated May 15, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Health to enter into a Letter of Intent with the Provinces and Territories and Canadian Blood Services to record their understanding and financial commitment regarding the merging of the Canadian Council for Donations and Transplantation and Canadian Blood Services through a staged approach, effective on or after June 10, 2008.
