On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

October 1, 2016 as the day on which the Safeguarding our Communities Act (Patch for Patch Return Policy), 2015, c. 33 comes into force.
