Statute: Forests Act Public Service Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 17, 2005, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act, and

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to enter into an agreement with the Canadian Forestry Service to perform work and research with a term to run from March 24, 2005, and ending on April 1, 2007; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute an agreement in the form attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation as

Schedule "A" or one to like effect.
