Order in Council 1887/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 679/2016 made on May 4, 2016, Monica Kowal was reappointed as a member and designated as Vice Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission;

And

whereas Monica Kowal has resigned;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 679/2016 is revoked effective the date of this Oder in Council.
