RESIDENTIAL TENANCY ACT [section 90]. Order in Council 473/2002, approved and ordered June 5, 2002.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective June 30, 2002, the Manufactured Home Pad Rent Increase Regulation, B.C. Reg 264/98, is amended by repealing Appendix A and replacing it with the following:
