Order in Council 1521/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas James Minns of Brantford, reappointed by O.C. 140/2024 dated January 18, 2024 as a part-time member of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, has resigned;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 140/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
