OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated May 15, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Nanette Bourque of Yarmouth Access Nova Scotia as a Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 2007-352 dated June 22, 2007; and (
b) appoint Patricia Suley, Customer Service Representative, and Rhonda Miller, Customer Service Representative, both of Yarmouth Access Nova Scotia, as Deputy Issuers of Marriage Licenses effective May 27, 2008.
