Order in Council 1122/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 2(3) and 2(6) of the Alcohol and Gaming Regulation and Public Protection Act, 1996 , S. Grace Kerr of London be appointed a part-time member and designated as Chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further,

whereas S. Grace Kerr was reappointed a part-time member and redesignated Vice Chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors for a term of one year, effective July 25, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1200/2016;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1200/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
