Statute: Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act dated January 28, 2015, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act , is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Doug Skinner of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of three years commencing on May 1, 2015; (

b) confirm that Doug Skinner will be remunerated in the amount of $3,600 annually and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling the duties of a member; (

c) appoint William Book of Halifax Regional Municipality (Porter’s Lake) as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of three years commencing on May 1, 2015; and (

d) confirm that William Book will be remunerated in the amount of $3,600 annually and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling the duties of a member.
