Under the authority of

section 5 of the Waste Material Disposal Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

There are established as Waste Material Disposal Areas the areas named and described in the Schedule. These areas shall include all residential premises, businesses, schools and other structures on the roads and by-roads in the area which may generate waste material.
